Final 2025 F1 Championship Standings after Abu Dhabi GP

Lando Norris was crowned as the 2025 Formula 1 World Champion in a nail-biting season finale at Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Norris secured his maiden world title with a third-place finish at the Yas Marina Circuit, finishing just behind race winner Max Verstappen and teammate Oscar Piastri, who took second after a fierce battle that saw him lead laps midway through the 58-lap contest.

This result left Norris on 423 points, edging out Verstappen by a mere two points in one of the closest title fights in F1 history, while Piastri rounded out the top three in the F1 drivers championship.

George Russell took fourth with 319 points to cap a resurgent campaign for the Silver Arrows with Ferrari duo Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton following in a distant fifth and sixth.

Russell’s Mercedes teammate Kimi Antonelli impressed in seventh for his rookie season, while Williams pair Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz secured eighth and ninth in what was a break out year for the Grove-based outfit.

Aston Martin’s Fernando Alonso rounded out the top ten in the 2025 F1 drivers championship.
