Red Bull KTM’s Pedro Acosta solidified his position atop the riders standings with 32 points after a masterful weekend that included a Sprint race triumph on Saturday.
Marco Bezzecchi, meanwhile, bounced back from his Sprint race disappointment to claim dominant victory for Aprilia Racing, propelling him into second place overall, just seven points adrift of championship leader Acosta.
Trackhouse Aprilia’s Raul Fernandez follows in third-place with 23 points thanks to his podium finish in both the Sprint and grand prix, while teammate Ai Ogura boosts the team’s charge in fifth-place with 17 points.
Defending Ducati champion Marc Marquez endured a weekend to forget, plummeting to eighth in the standings with just nine points after a late-race tyre failure turned a potential podium into heartbreak.
