Full 2025 Australian MotoGP Sprint Race Results, Phillip Island, Round 19 of 22.
Marco Bezzecchi rebounded from opening lap incident to lead the first ever Aprilia 1-2 to victory ahead of stablemate Raul Fernandez.
KTM’s Pedro Acosta managed to narrowly fend off home favorite Jack Miller to secure third place, just 5.310 seconds behind Bezzecchi while Fabio Di Giannantonio impressively claimed fifth place as the top Ducati rider.
Alex Marquez secured sixth place on his BK8 Gresini Ducati GP24, followed by Yamaha’s Fabio Quartararo who started from pole to finish seventh.
Honda’s Luca Marini finished eighth, just ahead of Pol Espargaro and Enea Bastianini from Red Bull KTM Tech3, rounding out the top ten.
The race also saw a disappointing performance from Ducati’s Francesco Bagnaia, who finished 19th, over half a minute behind Bezzecchi.
