New 2026 F1 Championship Standings after Monaco GP

Kimi Antonelli further extended his Formula 1 championship lead after winning the Monaco Grand Prix, while Lewis Hamilton emerged as his primary challenger after a stunning weekend in Monte Carlo.

The young Mercedes driver became the youngest ever winner of the iconic race as he marked his fifth consecutive victory of the season, extending his championship lead to an astonishing 66 points over the Ferrari ace.

Hamilton’s strong second-place finish in Monaco allowed him to climb to second place in the standings on 90 points, narrowly edging out George Russell who slipped to third with 88 points after suffering a drive-through penalty which dropped him to 13th.

Charles Leclerc remains fourth in the standings despite his heartbreaking retirement at his home race, followed by McLaren duo of Oscar Piastri and reigning champion Lando Norris.

Max Verstappen occupies seventh place, while Red Bull teammate Isack Hadjar jumps from 12th to eighth thanks to a remarkable podium finish in Monaco.
