MotoGP returns to the historic Autodrom Brno circuit this weekend for the Czech Grand Prix, ninth round of the 2026 season.
The three-day event runs from Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21, delivering non-stop action that includes two free practice sessions, a consolidated practice session, qualifying round, the Sprint race, and the full Grand Prix main event.
The championship battle heats up as the season arrives at the midway point with Marco Bezzecchi currently leading the MotoGP World Championship by 20 points over his Aprilia teammate Jorge Martin.
However, the Aprilia duo will be aiming to recover from a disappointing weekend in Hungary where Martin lost control on the opening lap and triggered a massive multi-rider pileup that wiped out teammate Bezzecchi and VR46 Ducati’s Fabio Di Giannantonio.
Defending Czech Grand Prix winner Marc Marquez enters this weekend as the favourite following his remarkable double at Balaton Park, recovering to fifth place in the standings.
