Charles Leclerc topped the opening practice at Monaco despite an early collision with Aston Martin’s Lance Stroll.
The local favorite was followed by reigning World Champion Max Verstappen who finished just 0.163 seconds adrift while Lando Norris secured third place, just over three-tenths of a second behind Leclerc.
Alexander Albon in the Williams delivered a standout performance to claim fourth place, just ahead of Oscar Piastri. George Russell finished sixth for Mercedes as Carlos Sainz took seventh ahead of Alpine’s Pierre Gasly.
Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton and Aston Martin’s Fernando Alonso rounded out the top ten.
