Lando Norris topped red-flagged second practice for Formula 1‘s Las Vegas Grand Prix by just 0.029 seconds ahead of Kimi Antonelli.
Charles Leclerc had to settle for third after his Ferrari stalled on the track due to gearbox issue, curtailing any further running to challenge for the fastest lap.
Behind the leading trio, Nico Hülkenberg produced an eye-catching performance to place his Sauber in fourth, followed by Racing Bulls duo of Isack Hadjar and Liam Lawson who rounded out an impressive top six.
George Russell was seventh in the second Mercedes, with Williams’ Alex Albon, Red Bull’s Max Verstappen and Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton completing the top 10.
