Full 2026 NASCAR Talladega weekend schedule: Start time, where to watch

NASCAR double-header at Talladega Superspeedway unfolds from April 24-26 with high-stakes action in Cup Series and O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.

The legendary 2.66-mile oval in Lincoln, Alabama, promises non-stop excitement for the entire weekend, with recent rule tweaks designed to amp up the intensity and eliminate dreaded fuel-saving strategies.

Without traditional practice sessions this weekend, action gets underway on Friday evening with NOAPS qualifying at 5:30 p.m. ET, streaming exclusively on the CW App.

Saturday begins with a single-lap Cup Series qualifying shootout at 10:30 a.m, followed by the ARCA Menards Series Alabama Manufactured Housing 200 in the afternoon, before attention shifts to the headline NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series AG-PRO 300 (stages 25/50/113) in the evening.

Sunday marks the climax with NASCAR Cup Series Jack Link’s 500 showdown featuring 368 laps in three stages (60/120/188)—where drivers will tackle the demanding banking of Talladega’s turns which sit at a steep 33 degrees.
