Le Mans 24 Hours 2026 schedule: Start time, how to watch

The 94th running of Le Mans 24 Hours is set to take place from Wednesday, June 10 through Sunday, June 14 at the Circuit de la Sarthe, marking the third round of the 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship.

Wednesday June 10 sets the tone for the French endurance classic with the first day of track action beginning at 14:00 CEST when Free Practice 1 opens for all 62 cars, allowing teams to gather crucial data on their setups before the qualifying sessions commence.

Following FP1, the LMP2, LMGT3 and Hypercar classes enter their qualifying session at 18:45 CEST, with the knock-out format determining which fifteen cars from each class advance to the Hyperpole shootout on Thursday.

Free Practice 2 extends into the night starting at 22:00 CEST, giving drivers crucial experience in the challenging night-time conditions that define Le Mans racing.

Thursday June 11 represents perhaps the most important day for championship contenders as FP3 opens at 14:45 CEST, providing the final daylight practice opportunity before the headline Hyperpole shootout at 20:00 CEST that will set the starting positions for the 94th Le Mans 24 Hours.

Following the Hyperpole drama, final practice caps the day at 23:00 CEST, extending into the late night until approximately 00:30 CEST.

Friday is reserved primarily for official ceremonies and fan engagement before the main event kicks off on Saturday June 13 at 16:00 CEST, promising 24 hours of non-stop action running through into Sunday June 14.

How to watch: Fans around the world can watch the event through multiple broadcast and streaming options including Eurosport across Europe and Asia, France TV in France, Quest in the UK, MotorTrend in the USA, Fox Sports 3 in South America, and the official FIAWEC+ app for live streaming worldwide.
