Joey Logano stormed victory at the opening duel in a dramatic Team Penske 1-2 finish under caution with teammate Ryan Blaney locking down second.
Logano’s win earned him the third-starting spot for the Daytona 500, with Blaney alongside in fourth, a massive boost for Penske’s superspeedway strategy.
Austin Dillon steered clear of the chaotic final-lap crash to claim the final podium spot, while Brad Keselowski salvaged fourth after his Ford was tagged in the late melee.
John Hunter Nemechek’s bold move to pass Keselowski backfired into fifth as Shane van Gisbergen held on to sixth-place ahead of Daniel Suarez who deftly navigated the crash zone to finish seventh.
Casey Mears powered through the wreck to snag the final transfer spot into the Daytona 500 with Ryan Preece and Alex Bowman rounding out the top ten.
