New 2025 MotoGP Championship standings after French Grand Prix held at Le Mans.
Marc Marquez extends his championship lead to 171 points after capitalizing on the misfortunes of his closest rivals Alex Marquez and Francesco Bagnaia(51 points) who both failed to score points at Le Mans.
The younger Marquez sits second – 22 points adrift – while Bagnaia remains in third – 51 points behind. This gives Marc valuable breathing room as the season approaches its midpoint but with 16 rounds remaining, the battle for the title remains wide open.
Pertamina Enduro VR46 duo Franco Morbidelli and Fabio di Giannantonio round out the top five with 85 and 74 points respectively.
Johann Zarco’s victory at Le Mans has propelled him up to sixth in the Championship standings, providing a significant boost to both his personal campaign and Honda’s position in the constructors’ championship.
