Kimi Raikkonen puts his Ferrari F12tdf up for sale

Kimi Raikkonen has put his customised Ferrari F12tdf up for sale, with the 2007 World Champion’s car expected to fetch over £2 million.

Raikkonen’s F12 tdf World Champion Edition was created with him in mind, with his race number 7 discreetly placed on the backrest and roof of the one-of-a-kind car.

Only 800 F12berlinetta cars were ever produced, but the former World Champion’s automobile is a one-of-a-kind variant that was custom-built for him.

The Finn’s automobile is being sold by luxury dealer Carstar AG, and the lucky buyer will be acquiring a well-regarded car in the automotive industry, having been named Supercar of the Year by Top Gear Magazine in 2012.

The Ferrari F12 was Ferrari’s top after its first production back in 2012. The automobile has 730 horsepower at 8,250 RPM, a top speed of 211 mph, a 0-62 mph time of 3.1 seconds, and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. It was available from 2012 until 2017.

Then, in 2015, Ferrari unveiled the F12 TDF, an unique edition of the F12 dedicated to the Tour de France. This was a track-focused F12 that had been pumped up and made more powerful.

With the same gearbox as the F12, it produced 770 horsepower at 8,500 RPM, 0-62 mph in 2.9 seconds, and a top speed of 211 mph. Its aerodynamics, on the other hand, were what set it apart.

The F12 TDF was a limited edition of only 799 pieces, with each one costing $621,000 each. However, this was in 2015, and it was for something fresh. Now, in 2022, it has aged gracefully, as all great things do. At the moment, one of these automobiles will easily cost over a million dollars.

Also not forgetting this is not just a standard F12 TDF, its  Kimi Raikkonen’s personal Ferrari, which is not only special because it bears the Ferrari badge but also one-of-a-kind in the livery of Ferrari’s most recent champion. The price of this car may rake up to $2million considering all the factors.
