Chip Ganassi Racing driver Alex Palou was served with U.K. Commercial Court documents in the two cases brought on by McLaren Racing Limited and McLaren IndyCar team against him and his racing organization ALPA Racing USA, two days ago, according to reports.
Chip Ganassi, who currently runs Palou in the IndyCar series, has not liked McLaren’s approaches for his driver and has finally reacted to the contract move after it failed.
